Return and Refund Policy
Every Serenity Stitchery piece is lovingly handmade and crafted just for you. Since our products are made-to-order, we’re not able to accept returns, refunds or exchanges once your order has been placed. We want you to be delighted so here are some exceptions!

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we’ve made a mistake with your order, reach out to us at serenitystitchery@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Send a quick note with photos showing the damage or incorrect product, and we’ll make it right — whether that means a repair replacement, or another solution!

We happily accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After that point, materials are reserved for your order and work begins, so we’re unable to cancel.

Once your order is shipped, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen in transit.
If this happens, we kindly ask that your reach out directly to the carrier with your tracking information to open a claim. They’ll be able to assist you in locating the package or resolving the issue.
We’ll always provide tracking details so you can follow your order’s journey, and we’re happy to help point you in the right direction if you’re unsure how to start a claim.
