Each teddy bear is made-to-order so please allow 3 - 5 business days from the time you submit your order to the time your order will be shipped. Processing time is the time needed to make the teddy bear and doesn’t include shipping time.
Shipping time: dependent on your selection
We will make every effort to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. However, the time it takes for your order to ship to you will depend on the type of shipping you select. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped!

Returns and Refunds
All Serenity Stitchery pieces are handmade and made-to-order. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Damages and/or Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll happily work with you to replace or fix the item.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, materials are already reserved, and the order cannot be canceled.
